Als deutschsprachiger Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für eine bekannte Streaming-Plattform in Lissabon beantwortest du Anfragen von Premium-Abonnement-Kund:innen und behebst Konto- und technische Probleme. Deine Aufgaben: • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat • Behebung von Kontoproblemen sowie Video-Abspiel-/Upload-Problemen • Software-Fehlerbehebung • Datenpflege der Kundenfälle im CRM-Programm
Requirements
- Deutsch: Fließend (B2-C1)
- Englisch: Fließend (B2-C1)
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Computerkenntnisse
Benefits
• Junior: 1.400 € brutto/Monat, Senior: 1.600 € brutto/Monat, jeweils + 150 € meal allowance + 60 € Fahrtkostenpauschale (netto) • Einstellungsbonus: 2.500 € brutto (Umzug aus Europa) bzw. 1.250 € (innerhalb Portugals) • Bürokratische Unterstützung bei NIF/NISS • Vollzeitvertrag, 39 Std./Woche, Mo–Fr 09:00–18:00 Uhr
