We believe a language you speak should open doors across Europe – no matter the industry.
The idea behind it
Apply & Stay Jobs was born because this combination didn't exist on the market: language-job boards usually focus on a single industry, while general job boards don't filter by language skills. Yet it's often language skills that open the door to a job abroad for many people – whether commuting between two neighboring countries, moving abroad, or returning home after years overseas.
That's why we combine both: real language filtering with a broad range of industries – from hospitality and customer service to trades, law, real estate and consulting.
What we stand for
A job board, not a staffing agency
We're a pure job marketplace. Companies publish their own openings, and applications go directly between you and the company – we never act as a recruiter or staffing provider.
Language as the key
The common thread on our platform is language: if you speak a language that's in demand in another country, you'll find matching jobs here – regardless of industry.
Across industries
Hospitality and customer service are a focus, but not the limit. Trades, law, real estate and consulting also belong here – wherever language skills matter across borders.
Free for candidates
Using the platform as a candidate is and remains free. The platform is funded solely through employers' job listings.
