Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor – Food Delivery (Athens)

Join an international customer experience team supporting a leading food delivery platform's Danish-speaking customers in Athens. You'll help customers with orders, payments and account questions by phone, and work alongside a multicultural team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting Danish-speaking customers by phone
• Assisting with order issues, payments and account-related questions
• Providing professional, friendly customer service
• Working closely with an international and multicultural team
• Following customer support guidelines and internal procedures
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Participating in onboarding and training sessions

Working hours: rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday between 09:00–01:00.
